On monday the intercom system was fixed and now working. The lift was fixed on tuesday after bringing in the lift manufacturers Jacksons. Why was this not done earlier? With regard to the stagnant water problem, although caretakers say this water was mopped up on a regular basis we have been assured by residents that no clean up was made until after our email to the top of Hounslow Homes was made. Our own regular checks also bears this out.
